Weekly Meditation Group

This weekly meditation group includes guided meditations inspired by the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) curriculum. It is appropriate for those new to MSC (or new to meditation), as well as MSC course graduates. Led by Hattie Bluestone, DPT and Anahita Holden, PhD.
