Hattie Bluestone

Hattie Bluestone is a psychotherapist, meditation teacher, and yoga instructor.

Her work integrates mindfulness, self-compassion, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients connect with their innate capacities for healing and growth.

At its core, Hattie’s teaching is about making space for all of what it means to be human, even the painful parts, and relating to ourselves and each other with compassion.

Her puppy, seen here, is named Pema (after meditation teacher Pema Chodron).
